Steps to obtain ACE College Credit
For the benefit of our certification exam candidates, we participate in the American Council on Education’s (ACE) Transcript Service. The ACE Transcript Service offers a lifelong record for students who have successfully completed our certification exams that have been reviewed by ACE CREDIT. This service enables adult learners to present a nationally recognized transcript to the college or university of their choice for the potential award of academic credit.
For more information on transcript services, visit: www.acenet.edu/credit/transcripts
- Step 1: Students should verify with their university/college admissions office that they grant credit for the specific certification. ACE provides a list of the colleges and universities that have articulated policies for accepting ACE credit recommendations.
- Step 2: Request a transcript from ACE. You will need to have information about the certifications you’ve taken and dates you completed them, as well as where and to whom you’d like the transcript sent.
